Golden Beetle Juice Slush
Ingredients
Drink:
1 46 ounce can of apricot nectar
1 12 ounce can of thawed orange juice concentrate
2 16 ounce packages of thawed, frozen, unsweetened, sliced peaches
7 12 ounce cans of chilled lemon lime carbonated beverages
A quantity of 10 ounce glasses to hold the slush
Preparation
- Find a food processor bowl or blender copntainer.
- Add 1/3rd each of the apricot nectar, orange juice concentrate and sliced peaches.
- Cover and process or blend until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer container.
- Repeat with the remaining nectar, orange juice and peaches.
- Cover and seal mixture.
- Freeze until firm.
- Fill each glass about 1/2 full with the mixture.
- Add an equal amount of the carbonated beverage.
- Stir to combine.
Serves 4.
Tip
Wash one piece plastic toys and add to the slush for decoration. Remove before drinking.
